Capcom’s Tokyo Game Show 2024 Plans
Capcom has recently confirmed Tokyo Game Show 2024 plans.
Plans from Capcom
The Tokyo Game Show is essentially Japan’s E3, with numerous major Japanese publishers and developers gathering together to show off upcoming titles to a massive audience. The event is already expected to share some big news, with a new game from the developers of Yakuza to be revealed at the show. Some companies, like Xbox, may not be making an appearance at this year’s show, as the console has been struggling in the Japanese market. PlayStation, however, will be present at the Tokyo Game Show for the first time in five years.
The Tokyo Game Show will run from September 26 to September 29, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. There will also be an online pre-recorded stream from Capcom on September 26 from 10 am to 10:50 am ET. The company is bringing several demos to the venue for fans to try out, including Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics, Monster Hunter Wilds, Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, Street Fighter 6, and more. Gaming industry veterans like Hideo Kojima will make an appearance at TGS as well, with further news regarding Death Stranding 2.
