Civilization 7 Release Date Announced

Sid Meier’s legendary strategy series Civilization is getting ready for another game. Firaxis Games announced the Civilization 7 release date during the Gamescom 2024 Opening Night Live stream. The new trailer and release date created a wave of excitement for Civilization fans.

Civilization 7 Release Date Announced at Gamescom

Civilization 7 will be released on February 11, 2025 on PC, Mac, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. According to Firaxis Games, the new game will offer the opportunity to rewrite the historical arc of the Civilization series and fight for world domination once again.

The trailer announced by Firaxis Games at Gamescom showcases the game’s expansive 4X strategy elements and deep gameplay mechanics. Players will have the opportunity to explore new civilizations, forge alliances through diplomacy and wage strategic wars.
